Caleb Francis, OD

Caleb Francis, O.D., is a native of Jena, LA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. He then went on to complete his Optometric education at Northeastern State University: Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, OK.
During his clinical education, he completed rotations in various rural clinic settings throughout northeastern Oklahoma in affiliation with the Cherokee Nation rural eye program, as well as an externship at the Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Dr. Francis provides all forms of optometric services, with special interests in the areas of ocular disease, contact lens fittings and dry eye management.
