Mitchell Sullivan, OD

Dr. Sullivan was born and raised in Carrollton, Texas (just north of Dallas). He graduated cum laude from Oklahoma State University with his bachelor’s in chemical engineering and minor in biochemistry. After taking a gap year where he worked as an optometric technician, he attended the University of Houston College of Optometry. He graduated magna cum laude with his doctorate of optometry. While at UHCO, Dr. Sullivan also completed a masters in physiological optics and vision science for research he completed studying retinal ganglion cell axon changes in monkey eyes with glaucoma.

In his free time, Dr. Sullivan likes hiking, kayaking, barbecuing, watching/playing sports, exercising, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and dog. Dr. Sullivan is proficient in Spanish, allowing him to effectively communicate with and provide personalized care to a diverse range of patients. He is very excited to provide high quality comprehensive eyecare for the whole family, manage and treat ocular disease, fit specialty contact lenses, and help relieve dry eyes.
